The tone of my book is happy at the beginning and gets somewhat distressed later in the book. The people speak in a happy way at the beginning when they think that they will have fun on the island without any adults, however, they realize after about thirty pages that without adults everything is harder because of their limited knowledge and have to take care of young kids. After they start to want adults the tone switches to distressed and they are struggling with the life on the island and want to be saved
So a plane crashes, and the kids are left on an island all by them selves and have to survive by themselves.
